1. ORDERING, DELIVERY, AND PICK-UP
1.1 Order Placement
Orders can be placed for same-day delivery, next-day delivery (H+1), or two-day delivery (H+2), depending on product availability, as indicated on each product’s label. Pre-orders are permitted up to thirty (30) days in advance (H+30).
1.2 Cut-off Times
Orders must be placed before the following cut-off times:
• Same-day orders : 10:00 AM
• H+1 orders : 12:30 AM
• H+2 orders : 4:00 PM
All orders are subject to product availability and delivery slot availability.
1.3 Delivery and Pick-Up
• Jakarta deliveries are fulfilled either by in-house courier or third-party courier.
• Deliveries outside Jakarta are fulfilled by third-party couriers.
• Delivery slot are available from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Store-selected timing may result in delivery within a flexible window of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. During peak periods, deliveries may be scheduled between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
1.4 Decorated Cakes
Online orders permit simple cake decorations. For elaborate decorations, customers must contact us directly via WhatsApp.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1 Storage and Shelf Life
Products must be stored as instructed. We disclaim liability for spoilage or deterioration resulting from improper storage or use beyond the recommended consumption period.
2.2 Allergens
Allergen information is disclosed in each product description. Cross-contamination may occur due to shared kitchen facilities.
2.3 Non-Edible Decorations
Some products may contain non-edible decorative items, which must be removed before consumption.
2.4 Edible Flowers
All fresh flowers used on products are safe for consumption.
2.5 Halal Status
We are not halal-certified. Most products do not contain alcohol; any products containing alcohol are clearly identified. Separate utensils are used to prevent cross-contact with non-alcohol products. No pork or lard is used in any products.
3. PRICING
3.1 Prices
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3.2 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are charged separately and depend on delivery location, as displayed at checkout.
3.3 Price Consistency
Prices are consistent across website and in-store purchases.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; confirmed orders are exempt from such changes.
3.5 Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for decorated cakes, depending on design complexity.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other options indicated at checkout.
4.2 Cash Payments
Cash payments are not accepted for pick-up orders.
4.3 Payment Timing
Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
4.4 Receipt
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.
5. PROMOTIONS, INSTANT TREATS, AND CHOCO POINTS
5.1 Earning Points
Customers may earn Instant Treats or Choco Points through account registration, purchases, referrals, product reviews, or birthday celebrations.
5.2 Review-Based Points
Points from reviews are issued after submitting a review via our post-purchase email and replying as instructed. A promo code will be provided to claim the points.
5.3 Points Validity
Points are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed for delivery, pick-up, or dine-in orders placed online. Points cannot be redeemed for in-store purchases directly.
5.4 Promotions
All promotions are at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6. GUARANTEE
6.1 Damaged Products
• For Jakarta-area deliveries via our in-house courier, customers must inspect products upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded immediately.
• For third-party courier deliveries, liability is subject to the courier’s insurance coverage, typically up to ten (10) times the delivery fee. Claims require an unboxing video and must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
6.2 Incorrect Products
Orders received incorrectly due to our error will be replaced or refunded promptly.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
7.1 Order Finality
All orders are final once placed.
7.2 Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only available for damaged products or errors caused by us.
7.3 Taste and Appearance
No refunds or exchanges are available due to personal taste preferences or minor differences in product appearance, including decoration color variations.
8. E-GIFT CARDS
8.1 Usage
E-gift cards may be redeemed for delivery, pick-up, or dine-in orders via the website.
8.2 Partial Redemption
Partial usage is permitted; any remaining balance cannot be refunded.
8.3 Payment Shortfall
If the order exceeds the e-gift card value, the difference must be paid via another accepted payment method.
8.4 In-Store Redemption
E-gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store.
8.5 Refunds
E-gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
8.6 Promotions
E-gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
8.7 Validity
E-gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, except as expressly provided in these T&C.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
