Welcome to our FAQs! We have put together everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, payments, etc in a simple Q&A format. These FAQs also serve as our Terms & Conditions, so by placing an order, you agree to the policies below.

Q: When can I order?
A: Orders can be placed for the same day, H+1, or H+2, depending on the product. You can pre-order all products up to 30 days in advance (H+30).
 
Q: What are the cut-off times for ordering?
A:  Same day & H+1: by 12:30 PM (subject to product and delivery availability).
      H+2: by 4:00 PM.
 
Q: Who delivers the cakes?
A: Jakarta                            :  in-house courier or third party courier
     outside Jakarta            :  third-party  couriers.
 
Q: Can I order decorated cakes online?
A: Yes, simple decorations are available through the website, depending on cake availability. Delivery is subject to delivery slots.
     For more elaborate decorations, please contact us via WhatsApp.
 
Q: What are the delivery and pick-up times?
A: You can choose between two slots: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. During high-demand periods,
     there may be only one flexible slot between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Q: How should I store products and how long do they last?
A: Keep products as instructed and enjoy them within the recommended time. We can’t take responsibility if they’re stored incorrectly or kept too long.
 
Q: Do your products contain allergens?
A: Allergens are listed in each product description. Some items may still have traces due to being made in the same kitchen.
 
Q: Are there non-edible decorations on products?
A: Some items may include non-edible decorative pieces. Please remove them before use or consumption.
 
Q: Are the fresh flowers on products safe to eat?
A: Yes! All fresh flowers used on our products are edible.
 
Q: Are your products halal?
A: We are not halal certified. Most of our products do not contain alcohol. For items that do, we clearly note them, and separate utensils are always used to prevent contact with non-alcohol products. No pork or lard is used in any of our products. 

Q: How are your cakes priced?
A:. All prices include tax.
 
Q: Do prices include delivery?
A: No, delivery fees are separate and depend on your location, and shown at checkout
 
Q: Are prices the same on the website and in-store?
A: Yes, prices are the same whether you order through our website or in-store.
 
Q: Can prices change?
A: Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders won’t be affected.
 
Q: Is there an extra charge for decorated cakes?
A: Yes, extra fees may apply depending on the design. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other options shown at checkout.
 
Q: Can I pay in cash for pick-up?
A: No, all pick-up orders must be fully paid in advance.
 
Q: When do I need to pay?
A: Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
 
Q: Will I get a receipt?
A: Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation and payment receipt by email.

Q: How can I earn points or rewards?
A: You earn points or rewards by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, or on your birthday!
 
Q: When do points show up?
A: Points will reflect 2 days after your order is completed.
 
Q: How long do points last?
A: Points expire 1 year after they are earned.
 
Q: Where can I use my points?
A: Points earned online from purchases, referrals, gift cards, or promos can be redeemed for pick-up or dine-in orders at our stores—but the order must be placed through our website. Points cannot be used for orders made directly in-store.
 
Q: Can promotions change?
A: Yes, all promotions are at our discretion and may be activated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
 
Q: How is my data used?
A: We use your data to process orders, make your website experience better, send updates or promos, and for other purposes listed in our Privacy Policy. 

Q: What if my cake is damaged?
A: If delivered by our in-house courier (Jakarta area), please check the cake in front of them. If it’s damaged, we’ll replace or refund right away.
For third-party couriers (outside Jakarta), coverage is based on their insurance policy (usually up to 10x the delivery fee). An unboxing video is required, and claims should be made within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Q: What if I get the wrong product?
A: If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll replace/ refund it as soon as possible.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: All orders are final once placed.
 
Q: Can I get a refund/replacement?
A: Refunds / replacements are only given if your order is damaged (see Guarantee section) or if we make a mistake.
 
Q: What if I don’t like the taste?
A: Taste is personal, so refunds or exchanges aren’t available for that reason.
 
Q: What if I don’t like the color of my decorated cake?
 A: Colors may look slightly different in real life compared to what you see on screen, but we’ll make them as close as possible.
