Our Black Forest cake is a reinvention of the timeless classic, with a modern twist. We use the traditional combo of dark, pitted cherries soaked in rum & kirsch , placed on top of a layer of fresh cream. The cake is made with a soft and moist dark chocolate cake and coated with our signature velvety and rich dark chocolate frosting.
