Gourmet-chocolate bar (baked-to-bar series) - Vol 1: Caramel Cheese
This first release draws inspiration from our Caramel Cheese Cookies: buttery Edam–Parmesan cookies finished with a fine meringue glaze and a ribbon of house-made caramel.
The cookies are delicately hand-crushed and folded into silky caramelised white chocolate, then fully encased in smooth shell of caramelised white chocolate to create this refined, irresistibly sweet-savoury bar.

Gourmet-chocolate bar (baked-to-bar series) - Vol 2: Banana Espresso Nougatine
This bar reimagines our Banana Espresso Nougatine Cake in chocolate bar.
Caramelised nougatine is paired with freeze-dried banana, capturing the flavour of the cake’s mashed banana filling, then encased in caramelised white chocolate scented with coffee powder to mirror the cake’s coffee buttercream.

Gourmet-chocolate bar (baked-to-bar series) - Vol 3: Flourless Dark
This bar reimagines our Flourless Dark Cake in chocolate bar.
House-blend 70% dark chocolate, strawberry pâte de fruit, freeze-dried strawberries, dehydrated strawberries.
