We offer two gluten-free cakes - the Flourless Dark and Coco Cassava (gluten-free). Both cakes are freshly baked from scratch using only premium ingredients. We do not use any additives or preservatives.
For this Gluten Free Coconut Sugar cake, we have replaced traditional white flour with cassava flour, a gluten-free alternative that provides a similar texture and taste. Additionally, we have used organic coconut sugar instead of white sugar, giving this cake natural sweetness that is healthier for you.
Please note that our kitchen is not dedicated to gluten-free products. Although, we take great care in preparing all of our products in the same kitchen, following strict sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
