I like white
I don’t mind milk
But it is dark that I love
For years, we’ve lived in the world of dark chocolate.
With every guest who steps into the shop, there is a gentle reminder that everyone arrives with a story of their own. Some are devoted dark chocolate purists. Some are milk chocolate kids at heart. Some are white chocolate dreamers. And many simply love chocolate in all its forms, each in their own way.
Milk and white chocolate have actually always been around, quietly present in a few creations. But only recently have they been given more space, intentionally, as part of the story. A small way of honoring every palate.
In our essence we are still a house built on dark chocolate. Nearly seventy percent of what we create still belongs to the dark side, the first love, and the one we always returned to.
So why only now, after all these years?
Not because milk or white chocolate were never loved. Dark chocolate was simply the first true love. It arrived when life felt dark, and somehow, the dark came back as a comfort.

So the focus stayed there for a long time. There was so much to understand. Dark chocolate became a place to grow and to slowly find a voice and one’s true self. Only then did it feel right to slowly open space for other shades, not as a departure but as a continuation of the same journey.
Different shades.
Same soul.
Three shades. Three stories.
Dark. Milk. White.
All made with gourmet grade chocolate.
Which one steals your heart?
